How do I get an eSim?
After making your purchase, you will receive an email with a QR code to add the esim to your phone (be sure to order in advance as it could take a while for the mail to arrive). Then go to the sim settings in your phone and click on the button to add an esim. After this, scan the code and your esim is ready to roll in no time.
Do make sure to keep a stable internet connection while loading in the esim!
Can I use an eSim on my phone?
This depends on your phone. Go the system settings on your phone and find your connection/simcard settings. If you can find the option to add an esim on here, then you can use it! If not, your phone does not support eSim (yet).
